By purchasing a membership, booking a treatment, using the thermal facilities, or accessing any spa, wellness, fitness, or related services at Bellinter House, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings, Memberships & Fees
Bellinter House offers a range of services and access options, including spa treatments, thermal experiences, wellness services, day packages, quarterly memberships, annual memberships, and promotional offers.
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.
Payments are non-refundable except where expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions.
Bellinter House reserves the right to amend prices, packages, membership fees, opening hours, and service availability. Where applicable, members will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any changes to membership fees.
Access & Use of Facilities
Guests and members may access the facilities and services included in their booking or membership during designated opening hours.
Access is subject to availability and may be limited due to maintenance, health and safety requirements, private events, or operational needs.
Members must reserve their session online where required and present their membership tag or identification at reception on arrival.
Treatment times include consultation and changeover periods where applicable.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time without refund.
Health, Medical & Safety Requirements
By using our facilities or services, you confirm that you are physically fit to do so and that you will not use the facilities while suffering from any condition that may pose a risk to yourself, staff, or other guests.
Guests must inform Bellinter House of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to treatments or use of thermal facilities.
Bellinter House reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
Guests must follow all staff instructions, safety signage, and operational guidelines.
Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn in designated areas.
Bellinter House is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from misuse of facilities, failure to follow instructions, or non-disclosure of relevant medical information.
Guest Conduct
All guests and members are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner.
Abusive, disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Bellinter House reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a guest from the premises, suspend services, or terminate a membership without refund where conduct is deemed inappropriate or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' written notice, in accordance with the terms of their membership agreement.
Bellinter House reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
Thermal Experiences, Treatments & Spa Bookings
Thermal experiences, spa treatments, and wellness bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time to receive a full refund or to reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, failure to attend (no-show), or late arrivals resulting in missed appointments will be charged at the full booking value and are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Lockers may be provided for convenience; however, Bellinter House accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
Gift Vouchers, Packages & Promotions
Gift vouchers, promotional offers, packages, and discounted services are subject to their specific terms, conditions, and expiry dates.
Such offers may not be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable data protection legislation.
Information is used to manage bookings, memberships, treatments, payments, and guest communications.
We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver services, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Bellinter House may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website and at reception. Significant changes affecting memberships or ongoing services will be communicated by email or website notice where appropriate.
