By purchasing a membership at Bellinter House, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you (the Member) and Daytona Bay Ltd T/A Bellinter House.
Membership Types & Fees
Membership options include quarterly, and annual plans.
Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Bellinter House reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 30 days’ notice.
Access & Usage
Members may access the thermal areas during designated opening hours.
Use of facilities is subject to availability and may be restricted during maintenance or private events.
Members must check in online to reserve a space and present membership tag at reception when they arrive for their session.
Health & Safety
Members confirm they are physically fit to use all areas if unwell or injured.
Bellinter House is not liable for injuries sustained due to misuse or failure to follow staff instructions.
Members must wear appropriate attire and footwear.
Conduct
Members must treat staff and other guests with respect.
Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Cancellation & Refunds
Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice.
Refunds are only issued in cases of medical incapacity (with documentation) or relocation beyond a
reasonable distance.
Bellinter House reserves the right to cancel memberships for breach of terms & conditions.
Data Protection
Member data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
We do not share personal data with third parties except where required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
Changes to Terms
Bellinter House may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
